These terms cover use of the LukoAI portal, operated by BBK Wholesale Corp, d/b/a Luko Enterprise.

Access. The portal is for staff of businesses that have an agreement with LukoAI. Keep your sign-in to yourself.
Your data. Each business owns its data. We use it only to provide the portal to that business.
Read-only connections. The portal reads from connected systems and doesn't change them.
Assistant answers. The assistant can make mistakes. Check important numbers in the source system before acting on them.
Availability. We work to keep the portal running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Changes. We may update these terms and will post the new version here.

Text message (SMS) terms

Program: LukoAI work alerts. Staff of businesses using the portal can choose to get text messages with work reminders they or their colleagues set and alerts about changes to their company's event bookings, plus a one-time code to confirm their number.
Opting in: texts are optional. A staff member opts in by adding their mobile number on My settings in the portal, ticking the separate, unticked consent box, and confirming the number with the code we text them. Consent isn't a condition of employment or of using the portal.
Frequency: message frequency varies with the reminders and alerts set up.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop all texts; we'll send one confirmation and nothing more. You can also turn texts off on My settings. To start again, reply START or opt in again on My settings.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
